They want people to sign up to use them as buyer’s agent, so why not motivate those people with impossible short sales, and try to sell them other property while they wait forever for the short sale to be approved?

In a contract to buy a house owned by broker/agent in PA. I found some major defects and want to get out of the contract. Problem is we are past the time for inspections and stuff. We know the agent/broker had knowledge of prior damage. The problem is he never filled out [...]

For example: Say I am a broker and lease an office space for 3 yrs, it is 2000 sqm and is £30 per sqm. Would I get commision say 2% on the first month only? or three years? or 36 months?
